• Youth Worker Movement
The Youth Worker Movement is a membership organization of adults who work in youth ministry. It provides a national network that connects people for the purpose of supporting their ministries and improving congregational youth ministry in The United Methodist Church.
The Youth Worker Movement seeks to connect:
- Experienced adult workers with youth including staff, volunteers, conference leaders and pastors
- New adult workers with youth seeking networks, support, guidance and new ideas
- Veteran adult workers with youth longing for deeper exploration and ways to share their knowledge and experience.

• College Union
United Methodist campus ministers and chaplains have the opportunity to participate in a web community where ideas are shared, resources are available, and best practices of campus ministry are provided. The web site is supported by the Foundation with the content provided by an editorial team made up of campus ministers and chaplains.
• REFRESH Conference
United Methodist-related campus ministers and chaplains gather each year in early December for the purpose of being inspired, trained, and refreshed. The Foundation provides substantial financial support for this event.
