Bishop Bruce Ough, Ohio West Episcopal Area, and Rev. Allen Black, Senior Pastor of Hermitage United Methodist Church in Hermitage, Tennessee, were named as the first clergy trustees of The Foundation for Evangelism during its mid-year meeting held April 28-30 in Durham, North Carolina. Bishop Ough and Rev. Black have previously served the Foundation as Advisory Trustees and will attend their first meeting as Trustees in October 2011.
“We are pleased these two outstanding clergy leaders have agreed to join the policy-making body of the Foundation,” stated Board Chair Lane Rees. “Their presence on the board will add a new dimension to our planning and vision.”
