On November 1, 2010, Catherine Copeland passed away in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Copeland served as a Trustee of The Foundation for Evangelism during some of our most formative years. She left the board only when asked by then Foundation President, Dr. Charles Kinder, to assume a critical role on the Development and Promotion staff at the Foundation. Mrs. Copeland was instrumental in ensuring the success of the grand vision cast by the Trustees – the E. StanleyJones Professors of Evangelism.

In recognition for her invaluable work to Offer Them Christ, she was named one of only three Lifetime Founder Trustees by The Foundation for Evangelism and held this distinction until her recent death.
